Empower Tax Clinic is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to helping low-income individuals resolve federal tax controversies with the IRS. We offer free representation and education services for taxpayers who fall at or below the federal poverty level. Our work includes audit representation, innocent spouse relief, collection alternatives, and more.
